We are sorry to hear that you can’t make the trip with us. Depending on how early or late before the departure date your decision to cancel the trip comes, there might be a fee involved. Please double-check the size of the fee from our Terms and conditions. After this please contact our customer service and we can start the cancellation process.

 

Please note!

If you have made your payment by credit or debit card, the money will be transferred directly to your card. However, we reserve one month for the refund.


If you chose the bank transfer payment option, we would require the following information to make the refund.

- Account number (IBAN for European banks)

- SWIFT

- Account owner's name and postal address

- Bank's official address
